In regard to finances, a health care practice must never serve to collect money, but it must collect money in order to serve. For patients without insurance, it is expected that payment be made at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been made with the financial manager.

For patients with insurance, we have accepted the responsibility of collecting directly from the insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to pay any deductible, co-payment or any balance at the time of each visit.

Cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are always welcome.
